Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Romania) We deliver throughout Romania via our courier partners. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

International Shipping (European Union) We ship to all EU member states. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@maisonnoethra.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
